1. Services
Boon is a web-based platform allowing users to create and customize their logos for personal or commercial use. Users can generate, save, and download logos through the Service.
2. Fees & Refund
For users who have not subscribed, there will be a fee for the final downloading of all logo files. This fee will be disclosed in advance, and users must agree to the fee before using the service.
One Shot Fee & Refund: One-shot Fee is $20 per user's work created using the logo shop's template. This fee includes downloads in all file formats (JPG, PNG, PDF) and the quality provided by LogoShop. Users have the flexibility to edit their paid work, including options like changing colors. Additionally, unlimited downloads of the paid work are guaranteed. If you believe they were charged in error, you may provide written notice to our customer support(support@pixo.co)and request to cancel their fee. Customer support can only cancel the fee within 7 days of the payment date, and only if the end products associated with the fee have not been downloaded or used outside of the site. We will not cancel fees after that time or if logo files have been downloaded or used outside of the Boon.
If a user wants to perform additional editing on a design for which they have already paid the One-Shot fee, they need to subscribe to a plan. Restrictions and support for each plan can be found in detail on the price page.
Logo Master Fee & Refund: Logo Master Fee is a subscription product that grants users access to all resources within Logo Shop. Subscribers also enjoy unlimited downloads of all work. The subscription fee for Logo Master is $40 per year.
If you subscribe to Boon's annual subscription and request cancellation on your Account page within 7 days of the cost being charged, and notify the customer support team(support@pixo.co) in writing of your dissatisfaction, a refund can be processed. However, to be eligible for a refund, you should not download or use any design files during the subscription period or after the cost has been charged. If the user does not cancel their subscription within the subscription period, the Boon subscription service will automatically renew the subscription upon expiration. However, the user can cancel the subscription at any time on the account page for cancellation. In this case, the subscription will not be automatically renewed upon expiration of the existing subscription period.
If the user cancels their subscription and it is not renewed, their status will revert to the state it was in before the subscription payment. If the user's status changes to that of a non-paid user, they will no longer have download and editing rights for the logos they have created.
3. Taxes and Currencies
All fees on Boon shall be in U.S. Dollars except when specifically stated otherwise in writing by Boon. You have full and sole responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with our fees and service, including any sales tax related to the purchase or sale of services.
4. User Content
Boon may display logo templates and concepts to the user. However, the user is not granted any rights or licenses to use or copy any of the designs, except for the final design once it has been paid for. The final design will be displayed and available for download in the user's account. Additionally, certain symbols, colors, fonts, and other design elements, whether used in the design or not, cannot be downloaded or used for commercial or personal purposes without charges.
Logos created by users through our service become the property of the users upon download. By using this service, users grant us the necessary permissions to generate and store the logos.
Logos created by users through our service are owned by the users themselves upon purchase. However, there are specific guidelines regarding the permitted purposes of logo usage:
- Reselling or redistributing logos as design resources is prohibited.
- Logos, including company logos and associated merchandise, may be used for business branding purposes. The sale of products featuring these logos is allowed.

Please note that Boon does not retain copies of any user content that is permanently deleted, and logos can only be downloaded as they appear on the site
4. Restrictions
The Service must only be used within the bounds of the law. Users must not engage in any activities that infringe on others' copyrights or support illegal activities, such as creating logos. Boon may determine in its sole discretion whether or not an Account is in violation of any of its policies. An offending user may be permanently restricted from holding an account or using the Services. If Boon reasonably determines that a user’s account is being used for illegal or fraudulent activity, then the user’s account may be immediately terminated. Also pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, reasonably likely to cause harm, or that could be reasonably considered slanderous or libelous.
5. Disclaimers
Boon is provided "as is," and we make no warranties of any kind regarding the quality, completeness, reliability, effectiveness, or suitability of the Service. All risks associated with the use of this Service lie with the user.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms as necessary. Changes will be posted on the Service's website, and users are responsible for reviewing the updated Terms.
